PhraseFind is probably fine for searching 500 hours of content, but it should not be used to search for 45,000 hours of content.    If it would search, it might take hours or days to return a result.       If you need to search this volume of content, Dialogue Search, which is based on a different Nexidia technology, is the right solution.

And.. that solutin is available NOW and ties into MAM plusit unifies search for spoken word content and metadata.

I would go that route for the amount of content you are considering searching.

The material is parsed so I wouldn't be searching even close to entire project at once. I believe for my purpose PhraseFind will probably work...

But as you know am a curious guy... do you have link to post or whitepaper or product that you refer to that integrates with Avid Symph 8.4 so i can check it out.
