    Canon LUT and MC7

    Is there a way of installing Canon C300 LUT.csv files as MC7 doesn't seem to be importing the csv file. Or anyway to "translate" it ?

    I've seen old post about this but can't seem to find an answer.

    CSV format is not supported.

    Read this and download a converted version.

    Where you add the LUT (right click -> Source Settings -> Color encoding tab ) click the "Color Management" button then "install LUT". Select the file and apply.

     

    FYI - Avid comes with the Canon C-Log to 709 profile already.

    I was told AbelCine already converted the Canon CSV to Rec.709:

    Use the Cube 3D version in MC.
