Hi, 

I upgrade the symphony to 6.5.4 and 

Avid Pen and Zoom not import and jpg/PSD/tiff files

all the time i see black and not the pictuers that i want to import 

i install the avid 6.5.4 again and the same result.

i have upgrade from 6.5.2 ( that was work good ) 

i allso have tested trail 7.0.2 and the same problem like the 6.5.4 

what can be the problem 

what can i fix 

i have win7 64bit 12gb delink4k

I just checked on my system, and Pan and Zoom is working correctly. Are you previewing the image on the Declink, or on the monitor?

but the pan and zoom problem is in the begging

when i choose the jpg file to import 

the pan and zoom effect show me only black frame 

he doesn't show m the pictuer so i get only black. 

I think that the problem is that i have the SYM 6.5.2 before 

and now in SYM 6.5.4 and MC7.0.2 ( in the same computer ) 

i see only black.

Does i have to format my computer and do all the installtion from the begging ? 

Are your still images on a shared drive?

If so that could me your problem

Yes the problem has solve. 

when i try avid pen and zoom from my STRIPE (2x4tb) drive 

the effect didnt work 

but when i do a virtual drive called A:\ form my STRIPE the avid pen and zoom work 

with SYM6.5.4 and MC7.0.2(trail)
