I've been trying to make use of AMA since upgrading to 6 but had run into multiple problems with ProRes QTs. I could link and edit with them just fine, but I could never export a sequence that contained ProRes via AMA. I couldn't transcode the sequences either.

If I linked DNxHD QTs via AMA I did not have the same problem.

I looked around and got the idea that my installation of DaVinci Resolve might have something to do with it. I don't use Blackmagic hardware but Resolve installs BM Desktop Video and their codecs. Once I did a thourough uninstall AMA ProRes QTs seem to work just fine.

Is this a known issue? I'd really like to be able to use Resolve Lite on my MC 6 system.

MC 6, OS X 10.7.2, Nitris DX, FCP 7 also installed.
